We have made some immediate changes to the way we are conducting business both at our facilities and especially in your home due to the recent COVID-19 virus.
We are keeping any Employee with the slightest symptom of a cold of any kind at home.
We are instructing our technicians to not shake hands.
Our Technicians will wear disposable safety gloves as well as a face respirator and safety glasses whenever possible while at your home. We also have disposable decontamination suits which may be utilized by the technician while at your home as well.
We have also instructed all of our technicians to wash their hands often throughout the day.
We will also be freshly sanitizing ourselves as well as any and all gear or equipment that will be brought into your home they will do this for every single job to further protect our employees as well as you and your loved ones.
We are extremely hopeful that this passes quickly but in the meantime we want to do everything possible to keep the safety of our customers and employees our main priority while at the same time still being available to service the needs of our customers.

We were very impressed with our service with KC Clean Air. Diego was our technician and he was awesome and super friendly! We made small talk while he worked and he left the house exactly as he found it. One thing to note for first time customers is that you need to be prepared to spend a few hundred dollars. The $40 special gets you part of the way there but additional lines at $100 + each plus other add ons can add up quickly.We find that the service is 100% worth it though. We have already noticed a huge difference just three days later in the amount of dust (lack of!). Diego estimated the system had not been cleaned in 60 years, and we are so glad we can stop breathing in the cat hair from the old tenants! I can’t believe we lived here a full year without this service. I have recommended it to all of our friends as most of us have purchased older homes! Will not hesitate to rebook Diego’s service when it’s time for maintenance again.

Brandon did an amazing job cleaning our HVAC system. When we moved into our house it was clear that the system hasn’t been cleaned for 36 years. He took his time and did a very thorough job and even gave several tips to continue to keep the system clean. When I was out running errands he went above and beyond and helped us out by clearing out all the cob webs and debris in our basement that the previous owner left behind, which was a tremendous help with the move in process. Johnny was my guy that came out to clean my vents. Not only was he professional, but he was also friendly and knowledgeable about the services he was performing he was very helpful too! I bought new vents to replace the old vents he helped me put those back on some were difficult then others, but he stuck around to help me. I can tell that the cleaning really helped to it heating up in my house alot quicker. I highly recommend getting you vents cleaned if you have never cleaned them before.

I was very happy with this company. My tech was Kyle. He was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything to me and gave me info on up sales, didn't pressure me. He went over pricing and it was up to me to purchase any additional services. We had a slight problem with my ac, but they took care of that and for the inconvenience gave me a free sanitizer. Great customer service which counts for a lot to me. Good job guys! And this is NOT a fake review as someone else mentioned on reviews. I would definitely recommend this company.

Gabriel was phenomenal. He called ahead of his arrival to notify us he was on his way. He walked through each room to show us what exactly he would be doing and what was included in the promotion. Gabriel was extremely professional and clean, his work speaks for itself. Our A/C feels like it's been given a new life and the air already feels colder and smells cleaner. We have two cats and two Huskies so we are very aware of the amount of hair and shedding we have to clean up. This is something we plan on including in our routine maintenance every 3-years from here on out.

Today, we had Brandon from KC CLEAN AIR to supposedly just clean ducts and vents which he did. After cleaning the ducts and vents, he showed us the pictures of the inside of the ducts before and after. Then, he presented to us a lifetime warranty to have a complete cleaning system of air ducts and vents, by installing UV AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM, a lifetime electrostatic filter, other services that control germs, bacteria, dust mites, most of all molds, mildew/ fungus which will be helpful for my allergies. Brandon is the guy that you can depend on. First, he introduced himself and then explained everything what he needs to do before starting the job. He also took pictures of air ducts and vents before and after and then explained. He said, that he enjoys his job and it shows on his performance. He's knowledgeable and answered any questions you ask. We would like him to be our technician. Thank you Brandon.

Brandon Mancini is a rockstar! He first came to our house and fall of 2019 for a full cleaning service to include remediation. He returned in spring of 2021 and everything still looked amazing. I live in Minnesota, but stay in a loft in Raytown MO for work for a month at a time. I was looking up companies to clean my Ducts and came across KC clean Air and I am glad I did. I made an appointment for a Saturday and Kaylyn was at my place when she said she would be. She was super awesome!! Very professional and made sure she showed me pictures of my vents before she did any cleaning. She was so honest that she told me that there were 7 of my vents that did not even need to be cleaned and she did not want me to spend money if I did not need them done. This was some of the best money I ever spent on the house I just purchased. It was 50 years old and my guess is the ducts had never been cleaned. Kansas City Clean Air sent Brandon out and he spend the day cleaning our ducts. He took before and after pictures and even a few videos. It is unreal how much dust and dirt had built up in our ducts. I seriously couldn't believe it when he showed me the video. This is not cheap to do but it's worth the money trust me. Highly recommend the company and especially Brandon as the tech.
